Founded and established as an independent in 1950, Orient Watch Co., Ltd. is a Japanese watch manufacture company. In 2009, it became a functional subsidiary of Epson and fully integrated into the company in 2017.Currently, formally Akita Orient Precision Instruments Co., Ltd., a group company of Epson, manufactures all of the Orient movements in-house in Yuzawa, Akita, Japan.

Like New! A stellar line up of vintage-inspired pieces feature Orient's signature dial gradient. This is an Orient automatic diver wristwatch, reference F692-UAV0.  

It is a self-winding watch powered by an automatic movement caliber F6922, featuring 22 jewels, a sweep-second hand, a day/date indicator, hacking seconds function, and a 40-hour power reserve, operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. Made in Japan. 

Cased in a 41mm stainless steel round case with a unidirectional bezel, this watch is water-resistant up to 20 bar (200 meters / 660 feet) and protected by a durable sapphire crystal. It also features a screw-down crown.

The green gradient dial is designed with luminous hour markers, a white minute/second track, and matching luminous hands. The day/date window is conveniently positioned at 3 o'clock. The dial is signed with "Orient Automatic" at the top and "Water Resistant 20 bar" at the bottom.

It comes with a black rubber two-piece strap and includes the original Orient stainless steel bracelet, the original double box, and papers!

This wristwatch runs exceptionally well and keeps excellent time!

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown. In the listing details we typically try to do our best to list all pertinent dimensions of a watch. If you don't see it, or we failed to do so, please reach out to us. Women’s watches from the 1900s-1970s were also much smaller than today's offerings. Please also feel free to ask any questions you have pertaining to size. 

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.  

The condition is pre-owned.   
The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.
